VET FEE-help Information - 2010
SSNT STUDENT CENTRE
The Southern School of Natural Therapies is pleased to announce that it has been approved for VET FEE-HELP.
This means that eligible students can enrol in our Diploma programs without paying any upfront tuition fees.
What is VET FEE-HELP?
VET FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme that is part of the Higher Education Loan Program. In 2010, eligible students can borrow up to $85,062 which is repayable from future earnings through the tax system once a student reaches the minimum income threshold level for repayment. There is a loan fee of 20% which is not included in the FEE-HELP loan limit. SSNT will collect and assess student applications.
It is imperative that students planning to apply for VET FEE-HELP obtain a Tax File Number and are Australian citizens. SSNT is required to collect either your Australian birth certificate or proof of citizenship.
These conditions must be met to be eligible for VET FEE-HELP. Applicants must first read the information provided on the VET FEE-HELP link on the SSNT website, or collect a booklet from Reception.
